After payment of the full invoice amount you will receive your reservation confirmation including vouchers. Either by mail by insured letter or by collection in our city office.
Important: Pick-up at our city office is only possible on the days and times indicated. Outside these times the collection is excluded.
We will inform you as soon as your vouchers are ready for collection. If you do not pick up the vouchers within 14 days after this information, we are free to send them to you at the address stored in your customer account. Shipping charges will apply.
Please note that this is a pick-up service only; voucher purchases or reservations are not possible, nor can we answer questions about your reservation.
Unfortunately, a pick-up at the Wiesn before the opening of Oktoberfest is not possible due to access regulations for construction sites.
By the way: You can still make reservations during the Wiesn: at the office in the festival tent on the Theresienwiese, daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. or directly online on our website.
